Schedule: Central Time Zone

7:30 – Coaches meeting at the finish line

8:00 – High School Boys 5K race

8:30 – High School Girls 5K race

9:00 – Open 5K race

9:30 – Open 2 mile race (middle school age only each runner must fill out a waiver form and have a race #)

10:00 – Awards Ceremony 

High School Entry Fees: $60 per gender varsity team in the high school race or $15 per individual. Make this check out to Marianna High School.

Open Race Entry Fees: $5 per runner. Everyone who runs in these has to pay and fill out a waiver form. Every runner will get a race #. Both open races (2 mile and 5K) will be scored and a 1st place trophy given for each gender “club” team. MAKE THIS CHECK OUT TO: The Cross Country Club 

Entry fees must be received by mail no later than Oct 20th. Mail checks to: Allan Gibson I/C Marianna High School 3546 Caverns Road Marianna, Fl. 32446 

Registration: All teams must register online on flrunners.com. Deadline for registering on www.flrunners.com is also Oct 20th. 

Team Awards: Trophies to first through third in High School, boys and girls. First place trophies to each club gender team in both the open 2 mile race and open 5K race. 

Individual Awards: Medals to the top fifteen in each varsity High School race, and ribbons to 16th through 30th . Ribbons to the top ten males and females in each open race. 

All Panhandle Team: The “All Panhandle Team” will be name at the awards ceremony. Each of the top eight boys and girls will receive a plaque and team photo. Team members please leave a mailing address after the ceremony. 


Scoring: The meet will be electronically scored with place card back up. Coaches please get your results turned in immediately after each race to the announcer’s booth on the home side. Walk up the bleachers and hand them to the score keeper through the window please.
